Mutant Predator Spike — When there are 4 or more cards in hand, increase Damage Amount by 30%
- With 4 cards in hand, the +30% Damage Amount scales her entire output.
Intellect of Chaos — +18% Attack. On Ravage, allies' Stress -1
- The +18% Attack is vital. Higher frequency means more interactions with enemy defense; this ensures each of her hits actually pierces armor rather than being mitigated.
Lepidola’s Whip — +25% Damage for Attack Cards costing 1 or less
- A permanent, unconditional $+25\%$ Damage for 1-cost cards. Its $100\%$ uptime makes it mathematically superior to conditional gear when playing multiple cards per turn.
Rune Lance — If you use more than 5 AP, +25% Damage, Shield Gain, and Healing
- At +25% damage, it matches the Whip's power once active. However, it ranks lower due to the setup time required and the fact that Chizuru ignores its heal/shield bonuses.
Mountain of Corpses — Increase Damage Amount of Attack Cards by 25% (1 time per turn)
- Only buffs one attack per turn. When playing more cards per turn, the average receives lesser benefit, making it strictly worse than the permanent Whip.
Violet Butterfly’s Whip — +20% Damage for Attack Cards costing 1 or less
- A legendary but weaker +20% version of Lepidola. Use it primarily if you need the higher base stats associated with the legendary rarity level.
Obsidian Sword — Increase damage amount by 12%
- While multiplicative gear is usually elite, +12% is too low a value to compete with the +25% to +40% gains from higher-tier gear.
Armors
Wings of Freedom — When hit, +10% Damage Amount (Max 3 stacks)
- The only DPS option in armor category.
Regenerative Ribcage — Max HP +12%
- Higher max HP for stronger recovery from Shadow of the Moon+.
Contaminated Helmet — Max HP +6%, Defense +12%
- A weaker Ribcage.
Trinkets
Emblem of an Exceptional Entity — +30% Damage Amount. Stress received becomes 0 (1 for each battle)
- The +30% Damage Amount is a multiplicative scaling of Chizuru's damage.
Pulsating Egg — +15% Attack, +10% Max HP
- The +15% Attack is vital for multi-hitters. It ensures each of Chizuru's hits overcomes flat enemy defense. The +10% Max HP also naturally increases her HP% recovery of SotM+.
Amorphous Cube — At the start of battle, +25% Damage
- A clean +25% Damage boost to the additive multiplier. While strong, additive buffs are mathematically less impactful than the multiplicative scaling provided by the Emblem.
Verdant Shackles — +12% Attack, +12% Defense
- Provides +12% Attack, which is a slightly weaker version of the Pulsating Egg. While still excellent for piercing defense, it lacks the secondary HP synergy that benefits Chizuru's sustain.
