Rules of Chaos Manifestation / Zero System Tier ListCharacters/ combatants are graded on:
- Their baseline kit performance in the current chaos run/ zero system (seasonal & non-seasonal).
- Card Epiphanies will be considered in moderation when certain choices demerits the combatants’ ability to function/ perform in the said run.
- Whether certain combatant(s)/ partner(s) are required for the said combatant to perform in his/ her own kit.
- 5★ combatants are graded at ME0 (Manifest Ego 0), where 4★ are graded at ME6.
- Max potential nodes.
- Available Memory Fragment main stats and set bonuses (that are available at the said time).

S-Tier (Sub-DPS/ Offensive Support) ⇒ Chizuru added.
Chizuru’s kit is tightly built around Will-O’-Wisp generation, and it remains highly effective even without card Epiphanies (not to be confused with combatant Epiphanies). This reliable baseline performance is a major advantage in Chaos runs, where each combatant starts with a fresh setup. A strong base kit significantly reduces reliance on RNG and makes high-difficulty clears far more consistent.While Chizuru naturally excels in multi-hit or high-attack-frequency teams that accelerate Will-O’-Wisp stacking, these setups are not mandatory for her to function. Her Upgrade Card, Bound at Dusk – Inhibit, limits synergy with Mika, narrowing sustain pairing options. However, this drawback is effectively offset by Shadow of the Moon+, which provides Max HP% healing that compensates for Mika’s absence—provided Chizuru can maintain efficient Will-O’-Wisp generation.Her 3-1 Potential Node further improves practicality by enabling her basic attacks to generate Will-O’-Wisps. This enhancement streamlines deck management, reducing necessary card pruning to just a single removal target: her basic shield card, greatly improving overall deck efficiency and turn flow.While Chizuru can technically be positioned as a Main DPS, this role is heavily investment-gated. Her true damage-dealer potential is effectively locked behind ME2, ME4, and ME6, where key multipliers and scaling effects come online. Without these milestones, her output remains better suited to a Sub-DPS/ Offensive Support role rather than a primary carry, making heavy ME investment a requirement rather than an option for players aiming to build her as a Main DPS.2026/01/06

Sereniel’s S-Tier placement reflects her exceptional and highly consistent damage output in Chaos runs, even when evaluated purely from her base kit. Her gameplay revolves around stable damage loops built around cycling and generating Homing Lasers, enabling repeated high-value damage triggers without requiring heavy setup, rare conditions, or niche team support. This reliability makes her especially effective in high-difficulty Chaos Manifest encounters where sustained output matters more than burst windows.At present, Sereniel is the only combatant capable of maintaining consistent Ravage uptime in Chaos Manifest runs, allowing her to capitalize on both her own damage mechanics and the innate advantages of the Ravage system. Frequent Ravage activations translate into additional AP generation and, against certain enemies, forced action-intent changes, creating natural tempo advantages that further reinforce her offensive pressure.Unlike DPS characters that depend on low-frequency Epiphany procs or narrow team synergies, Sereniel performs off the shelf using her core kit, with most card Epiphanies serving as viable enhancements rather than requirements. Her damage profile remains strong across varied encounters with minimal RNG dependence, aligning cleanly with the tier list’s emphasis on baseline strength, consistency, and Seasonal Chaos/ Zero System viability.
